An official invitation letter will be sent upon request via email to the OECC 2026 Secretariat.
This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa application is the sole responsibility of participants.

You can request an invitation letter during the registration period (scheduled to be open in 2026) using the request form.
Invitation letters can only be issued to participants who have registered and paid the registration fee.

Please check with the Korean Consulate in your country whether you need a Korean or an English Invitation Letter.
